The Liturgy of the Hours is devised so that the whole course of the day and night is made holy by the phrases of God. It is also known as the Divine Office and “is truly the voice of the Bride herself addressed to her Bridegroom. It is the very prayer which Christ himself together with his Body addresses to the Father.”

Pope St. Paul VI, said that the Liturgy of the Hours is the high point which family prayer can reach and the Word on Fire’s Liturgy of the Hours is something that we can utilize to easily join this ancient tradition of praying with the church, with a community or even individually and take our prayer life into a deeper place.
