Catholic Charities – Diocese of Joliet

There’s an undeniable need out there and there are so many people hurting in so many different ways, emotionally, physically or materially. We often wonder, what can we do for them?

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Joliet suggests doing good things for people in need. They are able to help people by providing assistance in four major areas through counseling services, early childhood services, aging and disabilities services and community services. They are a faith-based organization providing service to people in need and calling other of good will to do the same.

Jesus calls us to be generous, as he has been generous to us. This has been the inspiration that lead Catholic Charities to utilize their resources and care for those who needs them. And as members of the body of Christ, we are called to be loving toward one another, that is how we can help and why we want to do good things for people.
