Spirit Juice Studios filmed young activist Rebecca Ocean performing a spoken word piece about being a woman, and why being pro-woman also means being pro-life. It showcased the theme for the 2020 National March for Life: “Life Empowers: pro-life is pro-woman.” The 2020 March for Life marked the centennial of the 19th Amendment, giving women the right to vote. Rebecca’s spoken word “celebrates this great moment in history, we remember and honor the suffragists, the original feminist leaders who recognized the inherent dignity of the unborn and that abortion not only ended a life but harmed women.” This video is the call to action of the pro-life movement to continue their legacy by recognizing that equal rights begin in the womb.
